Who We Are
SIG (Sharbatly International Group) is an enterprise established in 2013 by Mr. Haitham El-Sharbatly in the field of strategic projects. A Strategic project is a task that targets sustainable improvements and solutions designed to meet one or more strategic goals.
SIG executed many strategic projects in different scopes and sectors. Always focusing on contributing to a safer and steadier environment, SIG has worked in various fields such as Document security, Product security, Security systems, Solar energy, Vehicle identification plates, and Passport systems.
SIG later added Construction projects to its activities. As Egypt has been undergoing an alteration and development in terms of infrastructure, urban planning, and construction ; SIG decided to be part of the development and impart in construction activities.

Document Security
Offering various technology solutions in securing important documents , SIG has been securing educational systems’ documents and certificates: such as public and private universities, institutes, federations, and academies. SIG also secures important legal documents and licenses for significant governmental and private organizations.
Secured Vehicle Identification Plates
SIG is the official and sole Consultant for Tonnjes in Egypt, which is a leading German company in secured vehicle identification. Tonnjes provides approximately 60% of the vehicle plates around the world. In collaboration with Tonnjes and Arab Organization of Industry in Egypt, SIG is opening the first and only production facility of Secured vehicle identification plates in Egypt and the Middle east.
Product Security
SIG is the exclusive agent for Prooftag. Using the various seal security solutions provided by Prooftag, SIG offers security solutions for governments and private companies. These innovations are used to secure, trace and prove the authenticity of all sorts of documents and products. Prooftag designs and produces fully customized high-security seals for your most sensitive applications. Also it offers high-security seals serialized and impossible to duplicate thanks to a chaosmetric feature.
Maritime Seaman's Passport System
SIG has executed two phases in the implementation of electronic maritime passport using the technology offered by Mühlbauer, a German Group which has developed into a proven technology partner for the areas of smart cards, ePassports, RFID smart labels and flexible solar cells. In addition to providing the machinery required to produce these secured passports, SIG has provided The Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety with the software and security system and features to generate the passports. Also the compulsory training on the machines and programs necessary, and safety precautions to the responsible staff members.
